  • Curriculum

    The Northern Ireland Curriculum consists of six strands;

    • Language and Literacy
    • Mathematics and Numeracy
    • The World Around Us
    • The Arts
    • Personal Development and Mutual Understanding
    • Physical Development and Movement

    At Crawfordsburn we strive to offer a child-centred approach to the delivery of the curriculum so that every child can feel success in their learning and fulfil their potential. The six strands of the curriculum are integrated within exciting and interesting topic work that is designed to engage and inspire our pupils.

    Our work within the classroom is complemented by meaningful educational visits, residentials and visitors to the school.
