Open Morning and Admissions Information

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Crawfordsburn Primary School. We are happy to speak to any prospective parents and if you would like to arrange a phonecall or visit to the school, our school office would be happy to help organise this.

P1 Admissions September 2026

Open Morning will be held on Thursday 4th December from 9.15am-10.30am. We warmly welcome you to visit our school during this time, but if you are unable to make it, contact the school office (info@crawfordsburnps.bangor.ni.sch.uk), and we will be happy to arrange to show you around the school at an alternative time.

Our admissions number each year for Primary 1 is 30. The Admissions Criteria is reviewed annually and is subject to change. Each year our admissions criteria is listed on the Education Authority website.

Below are the important dates in the application process:

Wednesday 10 December 2025	Admissions criteria for Primary schools published on the EA website.
Wednesday 7 January 2026 – 12 noon	EA Connect opens for online applications for Primary 1.
Wednesday 21 January 2026 – 12 noon	EA Connect closes for online applications for Primary 1.
Monday 26 January 2026 – by 4pm	Deadline for submitting verification/supporting documents via EA Connect. Final date for late applications. Final date for change of preference in exceptional circumstances.
Monday 23 March 2026	Parents/carers will receive application outcome via email (where one is held) or by letter.
